2010 - Submissions, letters and reports

• CLCNSW wrote a letter of general support for the amendments made to the draft Civil Procedure Amendment (Supreme Court Representative Proceedings) Bill. However, CLCNSW endorsed the suggestions made by Redfern Legal Centre for further improvement of the Bill.
• Same Sex Adoption - Letter to the NSW Premier, Leader of the Opposition, Minister for Community Services and Shadow Minister.
• CLCNSW submission to the Australian Public Service Commission on Improving the Australian Public Service (APS) Values.
• Scrutiny of Bills - Submission CLCNSW submission to the Senate Committee for the Scrutiny of Bills. The submission argues that Bills should be scrutinised according to Australian International Human Rights obligations and that Bills must sit before Parliament and the Committee for a minimum period of time to allow for proper consideration and consultation.
