The Western Sydney Tenants’ Service Parramatta (WESTS Parramatta) is a Tenants’ Advice and Advocacy Program that provides free tenancy advice to residential tenants. WESTS Parramatta serves tenants living in the Auburn, Blacktown, Holroyd and Parramatta local government areas.

The service provides tenancy advice, referrals, community education, advocacy, face to face interviews and preparation for or representation at the Consumer Trader and Tenancy Tribunal (CTTT) in some cases. In the near future, the service will also be starting up face-to-face appointments on a Thursday evening.

WESTS Parramatta can provide face to face or telephone interpreters at no charge via Translating and Interpreting Service (TIS) National.
