Session Title: Positive Leadership
Presenter: Mark Hunyor
This highly interactive workshop examines how positive psychology can inform your leadership practice. It will explore how to tap into intrinsic motivation and how to cultivate stress hardiness to keep people motivated in tough times. It will look closely at the role of strengths and will also provide participants an opportunity to practice essential leadership skills such as listening and coaching.
Numbers limited to one person per organisation with a preference given to Coordinators/Principal Solicitors from RRR centres who apply before November 9th
