Combined Community Legal Centres Group (CCLCG) NSW provided a submission along with various other community legal centres and public advocacy organisations to the Clarke Inquiry into the arrest and detention of Dr Mohamed Haneef on suspected terrorism offences.
The submission had a number of issues with how the Federal Police and Department of Immigration and Citizenship (as it then was) handled the arrest and detention.
