A presentation by Community Legal Centres NSW at the October 2017 Quarterlies called Law Council of Australia's Justice Project

This report contains an introduction about the main issues CLCNSW is working on and how do they advise for legal reform. This report draws attention on different key social justice issues that different groups are facing as well as programs and potential solutions that can be addressed to it. The groups are the following: Economic Disadvantage and consequences,  Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Peoples,  Children and Young People, LGBTIQ+ People, Older Persons, Prisoners and Detainees, Rural, Regional, and Remote Australians, Sex Workers and shows some additional Case Study. 

This report acknowledges the contributions made by Macquarie University students Imogen Brackin and Matthew Pennell in formulating this submission, and refer the Law Council of Australia to the submissions from other NSW community legal centres as further examples of the views and expertise evident in the sector.
