On the first Tuesday of every month, Community Legal Centres NSW offers a one-hour training session to our members. The session topics range from legal areas, worker wellbeing, operations, strengthening sector collaboration, and law reform.

October: Ethics and Multi-Disciplinary Practices Panel
Learn about the central ethical considerations of providing non-legal services in a community legal centre and fulfil your ethics CPD requirement at our October Sector Session: Ethics and Multi-Disciplinary Practices. This event will be in form of an expert panel.
Many CLCs are not just legal centres. Your organisations often holistically assist your community via a range of legal and non-legal services.
Being a Multi-Disciplinary Practice can present ethical challenges for the legal side of your CLC. Maintaining information barriers and the balance of mandatory reporting and legal privilege are key concerns that our expert panellists will discuss throughout this session.
