How to use the Network Sites

This page outlines how to use the Network Sites.

Attending Quarterly Network Meetings and other Network events

Each Network Site has a Network calendar that displays all the upcoming meetings for your Network. To attend the Quarterly Network Meetings, you must have access to the Network Site.

When meetings are created, you will receive an invitation to your inbox. If you join and there are existing meetings scheduled, you will have to manually add the meeting to your calendar.

If you have an Outlook email, you can view the Network calendars in the 'Groups' section of your Outlook calendar. If you are a not an Outlook user, you can add the Network meetings to your work calendar by clicking on an event in the 'Upcoming Meetings' section of the site and clicking the 'Add to your calendar' button on the bottom of the event pop-up window. You can also join the meeting directly from the event pop-up window on the Network Site.

Accessing and uploading documents

As a Network Member, you can upload your own documents to the 'Shared Resources' section. Only Network Convenors can upload documents to the 'Meeting Resources' section. You can upload documents by dragging and dropping them into the Shared Resources section or by clicking 'See full library', then selecting 'Create or upload' in the top right corner of the window.

You can view the documents uploaded to the Network Site by the Network Convenors and other Network Members. For collaborative work, Network Members can be given permission to edit specific documents by the Network Convenors.

Communicating with the Network

The Network Sites each have their own unique email address. This can be used to communicate with all members of the Network. Please see the Network Sites Terms and Conditions for the expected code of conduct of members communicating with the Network.
