Session 1: Coaching Conversations - Valuing Your Time

Presenter: Mark Hunyor

Coaching skills are essential for managers and leaders. To motivate your people and build high performing teams, you have to be able to coach effectively. And since COVID19 changed the way we work, you need to be able to coach remotely using a tool like ZOOM!

The goal of this training is to improve your coaching skills and your performance as a manager/leader. The training will be conducted via ZOOM, and breakout room functionality will be used to split the group into smaller coaching groups.

The coaching topic in this session is “Valuing Your Time” which looks at your time management but also more broadly at your personal effectiveness. Participants will complete a brief self assessment (on the topic of Valuing Your Time) prior to the session for use in the coaching.

This session builds on the November 2019 instalment of Coaching Conversations (but attendance at the previous course is not prerequisite).
